Returns and Refunds

We're really sorry if you aren't happy with your purchase. We understand that not every product will work for your skin type! However, for hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns of unopened, sealed products. Feel free to send us an email at hello@theloudglow, confirming your order number, and we will be happy to sort out a refund.

Conditions of Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request your refund. The products will need to be returned back to us within 14 days from delivery, and shipping fees will need to be covered by the customer. You will have the option of receiving store credit, or a full refund minus the cost of shipping, debited to your original payment method. 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Faulty Products

In the event that the product arrives damaged, you will be required to submit photo evidence and/or ship the product back to us for inspection, within 14 days of delivery. The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have inspected the product, we will issue a refund. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account. You may also be offered a replacement if it suits you.
Due to the nature of the formulas and lack of excessive additives, some of our products may differ slightly from batch to batch. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with the product, we are more than happy to receive any faulty products back and refund accordingly.
